We are going into our summer mode and are looking for new members Our team cost 20 dollars for registration and we write grants and have 2 fundraisers to cover all expenses. Hello all, it has been a while since the last post so here is an update on our team.
This year has been pretty rough for everyone and has definetly impacted our team. Instead of competing in an in-person competition and building a robot, we are participating in a game design challenge. This included creating a game that could be used in future FRC competitions, and presenting this to a team of judges.Read More

This is the end of week three of the 2020 build season.
This year the Flaming Monkeys have a three person welding team. Three students new to welding have been getting lessons and lots of practice. Since this is week three, the team has to get good very fast to prepare for welding the actual competition robot.
Some struggles we are having is welding the thin aluminum. It is also difficult to grasp the hand-eye coordination that only comes from a lot of practice.
